The unique DigiPREP HT is designed for high temperature applications up to 450°C* and are ideal for Kjeldahl (TKN), WEEE, RoHS, Total Phosphate, Mining and any digestion requiring sulphuric acid.

DigiPREP HT incorporates several state-of-the-art design features in an affordable package and is available in four models ranging from 10 to 40 sample positions with dual zone tube rack, Teflon® exhaust manifold, and Teflon® tube adapters (depending on model).

DigiPREP HT is constructed with an all-Telfon®manifold exhaust system, which eliminates breakage typical with all-glass manifolds. The manifolds Teflon® tube adaptors float in each digestion tube eliminating sample loss while removing fumes resulting from the digestion process. DigiPREP HT digestion systems are designed to minimise bench space with a small "footprint" and with all movement of components (manifold, tube rack) up and down while using the specially constructed up-right positions.

DigiPREP HT offers the latest in hard anodised coated aluminium block technology providing a superior resistance to corrosion. A tuned mat heater is mounted to prevent warpage and acid migration, and covers 99% of the surface area to ensure excellent tempearture stability.

DigiPREP HT 250-10/250-20 Mining Sample systems are high temperature block digestion systems designed for the Mining Industry to easily digest up to 10 or 20 samples simultaneously in 100ml PTFE tubes.

DigiPREP HT Hotplate is a high temperature coated graphite hotplate recommended for applications with reactive samples that require better control of heat input.
